Standard Lease Requirements: (varies by owner or property management company)

1. Minimum Fico/Beacon credit score of 620 and above

2. Income must be at least two and a half to three times of the monthly rental

3. Please email me a copy of your Credit Report (can be retrieved from creditkarma.com or annualcreditreport.com)

4. Typical Move-in Fees: first and last month’s rent, Security Fee, application free (usually $75 to $125 per person), pet fee, and key fee.

Once all information is sent to me and verified, I will send you the following:

1. Complete the questionnaire and send it back to me. This will allow me to start looking for the properties that match your criteria.

2. Once you review and select the properties you like, we can arrange to see them.

3. Upon making a decision on the property, we can move forward with the application process.
